Notice is hereby given of proposed amendments to the Bogan Development Control Plan 2012.

The amendment proposed affects the Plan relating to ‘General Housing & Ancillary Structures Development Controls’ on Pages 11 and 12 of the Plan and specifically alters the development of outbuildings (carports and sheds) relating to building size, height and setbacks in residential zones.

The proposed amendments to the Plan can be viewed at Council’s Office located at 81 Cobar Street or bu clicking the link below

All written submissions in relation to the proposed amendments to the Bogan Development Control Plan 2012 should be addressed to the General Manager, Derek Francis, and must be received on or before 4.00pm, Wednesday 12 April 2017 by one of the following methods:
