Bogan Shire Council will hold a public hearing regarding the above matter in accordance with Section 29 of the Local Government Act 1993. The public hearing will give the community an opportunity to discuss the proposed reclassification with an independent person in a public forum.
The Planning Proposal to reclassify the land is available for viewing on Council's website here and was publicly exhibited from 1 May 2025 to 9 June 2025.
The submission period has now ended.
The public hearing will be held on Monday 18th August at 9am at the Bogan Shire Youth and Community Centre, 38 Cannonbar Street Nyngan NSW 2825.
