Public Exhibition - Planning Agreement - Constellation Project

A draft Planning Agreement (PA) between Bogan Shire Council and Tritton Resources Pty Ltd has been prepared in respect of Development Application No. SSD-41579871 for the Constellation Project.

The draft PA, including an explanatory note can be viewed on Council’s website here or at Council’s Development and Environmental Services Office located 81 Cobar Street, Nyngan during business hours.

The draft PA is on public exhibition for a period of 28 days from Thursday 30 October 2025 until Thursday 27 November 2025.

Written submissions must be received by Bogan Shire Council on or before 4pm Thursday 27 November 2025 and should be addressed to:

The following typographical errors identified in the report to Council’s Ordinary meeting October 23 2025, have been amended and are as follows:

  • Page 11 - 9.1 – clause 8 amended to clause 9
  • Page 14 – 15.1 (d) – clause 1.1 (c) amended to clause 15.1 (c)
  • Page 18 – clause 13 amended to clause 14.
