Bogan Shire Council has nearly completed Stage 1 of the new residential subdivision on the “Pound Paddock” opposite the Nyngan Showground, which has been developed in response to long-standing community feedback.
At the December Council meeting the decision was taken to start an Expression of Interest process for the sale of 8 lots as an initial release with further releases to come.
Because the subdivision development is primarily aimed at encouraging residential housing for local residents within Nyngan, this first release is limited to one lot per buyer who must be an individual currently living in the Bogan Shire Local Government Area.
