The Community Strategic Plan is the highest level plan that a council prepares. The purpose of the plan is to identify the community’s main priorities and aspirations for the future and to plan strategies for achieving these goals. Specific activities or actions under each strategy are set out in Council’s 2022-2025 Delivery Program and in the 2022/23 Operational Plan and Budget.
Council adopted the Community Strategic Plan on 28th April, 2022. The current plan is available for download below.
